Documenting what you weave is an important part of the process! Knowing what needs to be recorded and having a template that you are comfortable with is key to the process. In addition, if you ever share your designs informally, for a guild swap, or for sale, specific information will be required. When selling designs, each publisher has different formats, but they all have the same elements. Students are asked to bring a recent project and are welcome to draft documents either on their laptop computer or on paper. Penny will supply a template that she uses, as well as other examples.
